Eligibility
Tesco Mobile devices sold on or after 1 December 2021 are factory-unlocked. Older Tesco-locked devices can be unlocked at no cost through Tesco Mobile's customer-service flow, provided the account is in good standing, the device is paid in full (no remaining Phone Plan instalment), and the IMEI is not reported lost or stolen.
What DeviceDecoded does
We process the unlock through the manufacturer's official IMEI channel for owners whose Tesco Mobile request has been declined for an account-related reason, or who prefer to skip the customer-service flow.
