Where to find it?
On the Device
Usually laser-etched on the back cover (older iPhones) or found on the original packaging labels next to the barcodes.
In Settings
Go to General > About on Apple devices, or About Phone > Status on Samsung devices.
Apple Serials
We support the legacy 12-digit Apple serial format (e.g. F2LGR...) to identify manufacturing origin.
Samsung Serials
Verify 11-digit Samsung serial codes often found on device housings and labels.
