About this Acer × Sotelma-Malitel unlock
Sotelma-Malitel locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Acer is straightforward once your account meets Sotelma-Malitel's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Acer's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Sotelma-Malitel country coverage
Sotelma-Malitel operates in 1 country. Your Acer unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.
