About this AMOI × MTC Touch unlock
MTC Touch locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your AMOI is straightforward once your account meets MTC Touch's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your AMOI's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
MTC Touch country coverage
MTC Touch operates in 1 country. Your AMOI unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — AMOI on MTC Touch
- Can MTC Touch block this unlock?
- No. Once your AMOI's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, MTC Touch cannot reverse it.
- Will my AMOI stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my MTC Touch account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your MTC Touch username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my AMOI is still on a MTC Touch payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
