About this Archos × The Phone House unlock
The Phone House locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Archos is straightforward once your account meets The Phone House's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Archos's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
The Phone House country coverage
The Phone House operates in 1 country. Your Archos unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
