About this BAK USA × Lycamobile unlock
Lycamobile locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your BAK USA is straightforward once your account meets Lycamobile's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your BAK USA's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.

FAQ — BAK USA on Lycamobile
- Can Lycamobile block this unlock?
- No. Once your BAK USA's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Lycamobile cannot reverse it.
- Will my BAK USA stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.

- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Lycamobile username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my BAK USA is still on a Lycamobile payment plan?
