About this Blackberry × Lyca Italy unlock
Lyca Italy locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Blackberry is straightforward once your account meets Lyca Italy's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Blackberry's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Lyca Italy country coverage
Lyca Italy operates in 1 country. Your Blackberry unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — Blackberry on Lyca Italy
- Can Lyca Italy block this unlock?
- No. Once your Blackberry's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Lyca Italy cannot reverse it.
- Will my Blackberry stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Lyca Italy account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Lyca Italy username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my Blackberry is still on a Lyca Italy payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
