About this C SKY × Claro unlock
Claro locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your C SKY is straightforward once your account meets Claro's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your C SKY's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.

FAQ — C SKY on Claro
- Can Claro block this unlock?
- No. Once your C SKY's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Claro cannot reverse it.
- Will my C SKY stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Claro account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Claro username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my C SKY is still on a Claro payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
