About this CETNAV × Access Telecom unlock
Access Telecom locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your CETNAV is straightforward once your account meets Access Telecom's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your CETNAV's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Access Telecom country coverage
Access Telecom operates in 1 country. Your CETNAV unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — CETNAV on Access Telecom
- Can Access Telecom block this unlock?
- No. Once your CETNAV's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Access Telecom cannot reverse it.
- Will my CETNAV stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Access Telecom account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Access Telecom username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my CETNAV is still on a Access Telecom payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
