About this CETNAV × Three unlock
Three locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your CETNAV is straightforward once your account meets Three's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your CETNAV's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Three country coverage
Three operates in 9 countries. Your CETNAV unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — CETNAV on Three
- Can Three block this unlock?
- No. Once your CETNAV's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Three cannot reverse it.
- Will my CETNAV stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Three account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Three username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my CETNAV is still on a Three payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
