About this Cinterion AGS2-W × Tigo unlock
Tigo locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Cinterion AGS2-W is straightforward once your account meets Tigo's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Cinterion AGS2-W's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Tigo country coverage
Tigo operates in 12 countries. Your Cinterion AGS2-W unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

- Can Tigo block this unlock?
- No. Once your Cinterion AGS2-W's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Tigo cannot reverse it.
- Will my Cinterion AGS2-W stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
