About this ENICE × Asda Mobile unlock
Asda Mobile locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your ENICE is straightforward once your account meets Asda Mobile's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your ENICE's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Asda Mobile country coverage
Asda Mobile operates in 1 country. Your ENICE unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — ENICE on Asda Mobile
- Can Asda Mobile block this unlock?
- No. Once your ENICE's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Asda Mobile cannot reverse it.
- Will my ENICE stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Asda Mobile account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Asda Mobile username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my ENICE is still on a Asda Mobile payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
