About this GENERAL MOBILE × Asda Mobile unlock
Asda Mobile locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your GENERAL MOBILE is straightforward once your account meets Asda Mobile's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your GENERAL MOBILE's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
