About this HMD × Karabakh Telecom unlock
Karabakh Telecom locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your HMD is straightforward once your account meets Karabakh Telecom's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your HMD's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Karabakh Telecom country coverage
Karabakh Telecom operates in 1 country. Your HMD unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — HMD on Karabakh Telecom
- Can Karabakh Telecom block this unlock?
- No. Once your HMD's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Karabakh Telecom cannot reverse it.
- Will my HMD stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
