About this HMD × Olleh unlock
Olleh locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your HMD is straightforward once your account meets Olleh's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your HMD's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Olleh country coverage
Olleh operates in 1 country. Your HMD unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — HMD on Olleh
- Can Olleh block this unlock?
- No. Once your HMD's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Olleh cannot reverse it.
- Will my HMD stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Olleh account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Olleh username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my HMD is still on a Olleh payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
