About this Hormann Funkwerk × Tigo unlock
Tigo locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Hormann Funkwerk is straightforward once your account meets Tigo's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Hormann Funkwerk's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Tigo country coverage
Tigo operates in 12 countries. Your Hormann Funkwerk unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — Hormann Funkwerk on Tigo
- Can Tigo block this unlock?
- No. Once your Hormann Funkwerk's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Tigo cannot reverse it.
- Will my Hormann Funkwerk stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Tigo account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Tigo username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my Hormann Funkwerk is still on a Tigo payment plan?
