FAQ — HTC Corp. on MTS
- Can MTS block this unlock?
- No. Once your HTC Corp.'s IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, MTS cannot reverse it.
- Will my HTC Corp. stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.

- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your MTS username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my HTC Corp. is still on a MTS payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
