About this Infinity × Cellcom unlock
Cellcom locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Infinity is straightforward once your account meets Cellcom's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Infinity's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Cellcom country coverage
Cellcom operates in 2 countries. Your Infinity unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — Infinity on Cellcom
- Can Cellcom block this unlock?
- No. Once your Infinity's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Cellcom cannot reverse it.
- Will my Infinity stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Cellcom account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Cellcom username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my Infinity is still on a Cellcom payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
