About this Intwine Connected Gateway × Digicel unlock
Digicel locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Intwine Connected Gateway is straightforward once your account meets Digicel's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Intwine Connected Gateway's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Digicel country coverage
Digicel operates in 31 countries. Your Intwine Connected Gateway unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

- Can Digicel block this unlock?
- No. Once your Intwine Connected Gateway's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Digicel cannot reverse it.

- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
