About this JWX C822V × Personal unlock
Personal locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your JWX C822V is straightforward once your account meets Personal's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your JWX C822V's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.

FAQ — JWX C822V on Personal
- Can Personal block this unlock?
- No. Once your JWX C822V's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Personal cannot reverse it.
- Will my JWX C822V stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
