About this KECHAO × Asda Mobile unlock
Asda Mobile locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your KECHAO is straightforward once your account meets Asda Mobile's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your KECHAO's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Asda Mobile country coverage
Asda Mobile operates in 1 country. Your KECHAO unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

- Can Asda Mobile block this unlock?
- No. Once your KECHAO's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Asda Mobile cannot reverse it.
- Will my KECHAO stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.

- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Asda Mobile username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my KECHAO is still on a Asda Mobile payment plan?
