About this Korex × Access Telecom unlock
Access Telecom locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Korex is straightforward once your account meets Access Telecom's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Korex's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Access Telecom country coverage
Access Telecom operates in 1 country. Your Korex unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — Korex on Access Telecom
- Can Access Telecom block this unlock?
- No. Once your Korex's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Access Telecom cannot reverse it.
- Will my Korex stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Access Telecom account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Access Telecom username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my Korex is still on a Access Telecom payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
