About this Korex × Lycamobile unlock
Lycamobile locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Korex is straightforward once your account meets Lycamobile's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Korex's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Lycamobile country coverage
Lycamobile operates in 4 countries. Your Korex unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — Korex on Lycamobile
- Can Lycamobile block this unlock?
- No. Once your Korex's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Lycamobile cannot reverse it.
- Will my Korex stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Lycamobile account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Lycamobile username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my Korex is still on a Lycamobile payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
