About this KRONO × Entel unlock
Entel locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your KRONO is straightforward once your account meets Entel's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your KRONO's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Entel country coverage
Entel operates in 3 countries. Your KRONO unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — KRONO on Entel
- Can Entel block this unlock?
- No. Once your KRONO's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Entel cannot reverse it.
- Will my KRONO stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Entel account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Entel username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my KRONO is still on a Entel payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
