About this M-HOURSE × Tigo unlock
Tigo locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your M-HOURSE is straightforward once your account meets Tigo's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your M-HOURSE's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Tigo country coverage
Tigo operates in 12 countries. Your M-HOURSE unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — M-HOURSE on Tigo
- Can Tigo block this unlock?
- No. Once your M-HOURSE's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Tigo cannot reverse it.
- Will my M-HOURSE stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Tigo account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Tigo username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my M-HOURSE is still on a Tigo payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
