About this M4 CO CONNECTIVITY × Personal unlock

Personal locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your M4 CO CONNECTIVITY is straightforward once your account meets Personal's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.

DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your M4 CO CONNECTIVITY's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.

Personal operates in 2 countries. Your M4 CO CONNECTIVITY unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — M4 CO CONNECTIVITY on Personal

Can Personal block this unlock?
No. Once your M4 CO CONNECTIVITY's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Personal cannot reverse it.
Will my M4 CO CONNECTIVITY stay unlocked after a factory reset?
Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.

No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Personal username, PIN, or account number.
What if my M4 CO CONNECTIVITY is still on a Personal payment plan?
