About this MACKPACK × Entel unlock
Entel locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your MACKPACK is straightforward once your account meets Entel's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your MACKPACK's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Entel country coverage
Entel operates in 3 countries. Your MACKPACK unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — MACKPACK on Entel
- Can Entel block this unlock?
- No. Once your MACKPACK's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Entel cannot reverse it.
- Will my MACKPACK stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Entel account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Entel username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my MACKPACK is still on a Entel payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
