About this Maxon × TSTT unlock
TSTT locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Maxon is straightforward once your account meets TSTT's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Maxon's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
TSTT country coverage
TSTT operates in 1 country. Your Maxon unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — Maxon on TSTT
- Can TSTT block this unlock?
- No. Once your Maxon's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, TSTT cannot reverse it.
- Will my Maxon stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my TSTT account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your TSTT username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my Maxon is still on a TSTT payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
