About this NORIX × T-Mobile unlock
T-Mobile locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your NORIX is straightforward once your account meets T-Mobile's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your NORIX's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
T-Mobile country coverage
T-Mobile operates in 5 countries. Your NORIX unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — NORIX on T-Mobile
- Can T-Mobile block this unlock?
- No. Once your NORIX's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, T-Mobile cannot reverse it.
- Will my NORIX stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my T-Mobile account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your T-Mobile username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my NORIX is still on a T-Mobile payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
