About this Nortek Security & Control × Digicel unlock
Digicel locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Nortek Security & Control is straightforward once your account meets Digicel's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Nortek Security & Control's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Digicel country coverage
Digicel operates in 31 countries. Your Nortek Security & Control unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

- Can Digicel block this unlock?
- No. Once your Nortek Security & Control's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Digicel cannot reverse it.

- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
