Norza unlock FAQ

Will the unlock work on my Norza?

Yes — we unlock all Norza models. Submit your IMEI and we'll verify eligibility before charging.

Is this a permanent unlock?

Yes. The IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database. The unlock survives factory resets and OS updates.

How long does it take?

Most Norza unlocks complete within 1-5 business days. Some carriers are faster — pick your carrier above for an accurate estimate.

What if my Norza can't be unlocked?

If we can't deliver the unlock, you get a full refund. No risk.
