About this Not Known × Digicel unlock
Digicel locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Not Known is straightforward once your account meets Digicel's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Not Known's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Digicel country coverage
Digicel operates in 31 countries. Your Not Known unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.
