About this NOTHING × Chinguitel unlock
Chinguitel locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your NOTHING is straightforward once your account meets Chinguitel's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your NOTHING's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Chinguitel country coverage
Chinguitel operates in 1 country. Your NOTHING unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — NOTHING on Chinguitel
- Can Chinguitel block this unlock?
- No. Once your NOTHING's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Chinguitel cannot reverse it.
- Will my NOTHING stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Chinguitel account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Chinguitel username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my NOTHING is still on a Chinguitel payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
