About this NOTHING × Somafone unlock
Somafone locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your NOTHING is straightforward once your account meets Somafone's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your NOTHING's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Somafone country coverage
Somafone operates in 1 country. Your NOTHING unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — NOTHING on Somafone
- Can Somafone block this unlock?
- No. Once your NOTHING's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Somafone cannot reverse it.
- Will my NOTHING stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Somafone account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Somafone username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my NOTHING is still on a Somafone payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
