About this Octo Telematics × Access Telecom unlock
Access Telecom locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Octo Telematics is straightforward once your account meets Access Telecom's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Octo Telematics's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Access Telecom country coverage
Access Telecom operates in 1 country. Your Octo Telematics unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — Octo Telematics on Access Telecom
- Can Access Telecom block this unlock?
- No. Once your Octo Telematics's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Access Telecom cannot reverse it.
- Will my Octo Telematics stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
