About this RAD Data Communications × Cellcom unlock
Cellcom locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your RAD Data Communications is straightforward once your account meets Cellcom's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your RAD Data Communications's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.

FAQ — RAD Data Communications on Cellcom
- Can Cellcom block this unlock?
- No. Once your RAD Data Communications's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Cellcom cannot reverse it.
- Will my RAD Data Communications stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
