About this Samsung × Timor Telecom unlock
Timor Telecom locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Samsung is straightforward once your account meets Timor Telecom's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Samsung's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Timor Telecom country coverage
Timor Telecom operates in 1 country. Your Samsung unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — Samsung on Timor Telecom
- Can Timor Telecom block this unlock?
- No. Once your Samsung's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Timor Telecom cannot reverse it.
- Will my Samsung stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
