About this SMART SOMA × TracFone unlock
TracFone locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your SMART SOMA is straightforward once your account meets TracFone's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your SMART SOMA's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
TracFone country coverage

FAQ — SMART SOMA on TracFone
- Can TracFone block this unlock?
- No. Once your SMART SOMA's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, TracFone cannot reverse it.
- Will my SMART SOMA stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.

- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your TracFone username, PIN, or account number.
