About this Star Sales & Marketing × Movistar unlock
Movistar locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Star Sales & Marketing is straightforward once your account meets Movistar's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Star Sales & Marketing's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
