About this Tennzo × Telenor unlock
Telenor locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Tennzo is straightforward once your account meets Telenor's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Tennzo's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Telenor country coverage
Telenor operates in 9 countries. Your Tennzo unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — Tennzo on Telenor
- Can Telenor block this unlock?
- No. Once your Tennzo's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Telenor cannot reverse it.
- Will my Tennzo stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Telenor account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Telenor username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my Tennzo is still on a Telenor payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
