About this TIANYUXINXI × Claro unlock
Claro locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your TIANYUXINXI is straightforward once your account meets Claro's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your TIANYUXINXI's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.

FAQ — TIANYUXINXI on Claro
- Can Claro block this unlock?
- No. Once your TIANYUXINXI's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Claro cannot reverse it.
- Will my TIANYUXINXI stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.

- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Claro username, PIN, or account number.
