About this TOUCHMATE × Lycamobile unlock
Lycamobile locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your TOUCHMATE is straightforward once your account meets Lycamobile's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your TOUCHMATE's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.

FAQ — TOUCHMATE on Lycamobile
- Can Lycamobile block this unlock?
- No. Once your TOUCHMATE's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Lycamobile cannot reverse it.
- Will my TOUCHMATE stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.

- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Lycamobile username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my TOUCHMATE is still on a Lycamobile payment plan?
