About this VCARE IOT × Lycamobile unlock
Lycamobile locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your VCARE IOT is straightforward once your account meets Lycamobile's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your VCARE IOT's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.

FAQ — VCARE IOT on Lycamobile
- Can Lycamobile block this unlock?
- No. Once your VCARE IOT's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Lycamobile cannot reverse it.
- Will my VCARE IOT stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.

- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Lycamobile username, PIN, or account number.
