About this Xiaobawang SUBOR × Personal unlock
Personal locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Xiaobawang SUBOR is straightforward once your account meets Personal's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Xiaobawang SUBOR's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Personal country coverage
Personal operates in 2 countries. Your Xiaobawang SUBOR unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — Xiaobawang SUBOR on Personal
- Can Personal block this unlock?
- No. Once your Xiaobawang SUBOR's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Personal cannot reverse it.
- Will my Xiaobawang SUBOR stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.

- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Personal username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my Xiaobawang SUBOR is still on a Personal payment plan?
- It depends on the device's status. Start with the eligibility check at our unlock checkout — that page explains how the two-stage payment works before you commit.
