About this YUANDAOvido × Cellcom unlock
Cellcom locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your YUANDAOvido is straightforward once your account meets Cellcom's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your YUANDAOvido's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Cellcom country coverage
Cellcom operates in 2 countries. Your YUANDAOvido unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

FAQ — YUANDAOvido on Cellcom
- Can Cellcom block this unlock?
- No. Once your YUANDAOvido's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Cellcom cannot reverse it.
- Will my YUANDAOvido stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
- Do I need my Cellcom account credentials?
- No. We unlock by IMEI alone. You don't need to provide your Cellcom username, PIN, or account number.
- What if my YUANDAOvido is still on a Cellcom payment plan?
