About this Zennox Simple Mobile × Claro unlock
Claro locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Zennox Simple Mobile is straightforward once your account meets Claro's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Zennox Simple Mobile's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.

- Can Claro block this unlock?
- No. Once your Zennox Simple Mobile's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Claro cannot reverse it.
- Will my Zennox Simple Mobile stay unlocked after a factory reset?
- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
