About this Samsung × Cellcom Guinee unlock
Cellcom Guinee locks devices to its network when sold on contract or financed. Unlocking your Samsung is straightforward once your account meets Cellcom Guinee's eligibility criteria — typically the device must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
DeviceDecoded uses the manufacturer's official unlock channel. We submit your Samsung's IMEI directly, and once approved, the device is permanently whitelisted. The unlock survives factory resets, OS updates, and SIM swaps.
Cellcom Guinee country coverage
Cellcom Guinee operates in 1 country. Your Samsung unlock works regardless of which country it was originally sold in.

- Can Cellcom Guinee block this unlock?
- No. Once your Samsung's IMEI is whitelisted on the manufacturer's database, Cellcom Guinee cannot reverse it.

- Yes. The unlock is permanent at the factory level — it persists through factory resets, OS updates, and SIM changes.
