Get back photos and messages you deleted.
Scans the phone and your backups for deleted photos, videos, messages and chats, and shows you what it found before you pay.
Data Recovery is still in development.
This page describes what it will do. It is not in the build you can download today, and no plan you buy now includes it working — you get it when it ships, at no extra cost. See what works today.
Data Recovery
- Photos, videos, contacts, messages and chat history
- Recover from the device, or from an existing backup
- Preview everything it found before you pay
- Recover selected items rather than restoring everything
Data Recovery pricing
Data Recovery is included in every paid plan — one licence for you, or per phone for a workshop.

Data Recovery — the questions people ask
Not always, and we will not pretend otherwise. Deleted data survives only until the phone writes over it, so the sooner you scan the better. That is exactly why the scan and preview are free — you see what is actually recoverable before you decide to pay.
Use it as little as possible. Every photo taken and every app update makes it more likely the deleted data is overwritten.
No. It scans the device directly. If you do have a backup, that is a second place it can look.
Software you run, or a job we do
These are two different products and it is worth a moment to land on the right one.
PhoneToolbox — you run it
Software on your computer, with the phone plugged in. Right for a forgotten screen lock, a phone stuck on the logo, deleted photos, or moving everything to a new handset.
Needs the phone in your hands
Remote unlock — we do it
You send the IMEI and we do the work through official channels. Right for a carrier-locked phone, and the only route for a network unlock that sticks permanently. Nothing to install.
